Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, or technical certificate
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with soldering, reworking and mechanical systems
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Able to read and interpret specification, diagram and/or blueprints
  • Able to perform simple math (addition and subtraction, ex. look at dimension)
  • Good team and people's (interpersonal) skills
  • “Can do” attitude
  • High motivation and drive
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing techniques of electromechanical products
  • Experience in using basic manufacturing equipment, tools and gages such as: multimeters, torque and force gages, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Wind transformers and magnetic devices, bobbins, toroid and layer windings
  • Transformer mechanical assembly
  • Pull winding/layer winding
  • Assemble and wire magnetic components
  • Soldering (in-house certification will be required)
  • Reading winding sheets, part lists, and mechanical drawings
  • Mechanical assembly and reworking
  • Working with different types of wire types and installation systems
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
