General Labor - Assembly, Press, Loaders 2nd and 3rd shift opening Starting pay $ 20.25 Overview: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Labor employees to support our manufacturing and assembly operations. This role requires the ability to follow work instructions, work at a fast pace, and maintain quality and safety standards in a team-oriented production environment.

- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform physical job duties including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities
- Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
- Position parts according to product knowledge or work instructions
- Fasten parts using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners
- Operate air tools, riveting machines, and other basic production equipment
- Remove small quantities of metal using hand files or scrapers to ensure proper fit
- Perform assembly tasks at the required production rate
- Clean and inspect bumper shells and assembled components
- Assist with loading and unloading shipping racks
- Maintain quality standards through strong attention to detail
- Follow all safety rules, including proper collection, disposal, and management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform all other duties as assigned
