Assembly Operator will develop and deliver programs to train and ensure competency of channel personnel, Baker Hughes employees, and customers (end users) on the assembly, testing and servicing of Flow Control & Safety Solutions products. They will also conduct required audits of channel partners globally. They also provide product and quality system support to the channel partner. Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for: Setting up generator rotors, installation in a balancing tunnel Preparation of 2-pole rotors, installation of fans and ventilation rings on the 2-pole rotor Mounting slip rings and exciter assembly on 2-pole rotor Mounting of 2 and 4-pole rotors in test stands of small and large balancing tunnels Carrying out preparatory activities (cleaning threads, contact surfaces), threading the rotor, assembling internal components and bearing shields, assembling the exciter, noise barriers, coolers, superstructures and other mechanical parts of generators. Preparatory work and cleaning, installation of bearing shields, Exciter rotor and stator assemblies, assembly of 4-pole rotors. Performing dimensional measurements during the assembly of all parts and measuring electrical insulation resistances, Installing of the generator on the test stand and its alignment, operation of oil and water distribution systems in the test room, QA assistance to testing personnel. Assembly of other special components (rotor couplings, fan blades, service orders, etc.), working with chemicals and special tools, bending pipes, etc. Compliance with work procedures, health and safety procedures and quality procedures. Assembling magnetic circuits of stators of 2 and 4 pole generators, exciters, PMG exciters Aligning rulers for stators of 2-pole generators Preparation workplace according to required operations Setting up ventilation rings and fans with 2-pole rotors According to the drawing documentation, installation of bearing shells, wiper rings and reduction discs in the small and large balancing tunnel Installation of rotors in balancing tunnels, preparatory work, seating in bearings, connection to drives, erection, alignment and pre-balancing in small and large balancing tunnels Regulating maintenance of mechanical parts of stands, oil parts, hoses and fittings. Preparing and assembly of auxiliary shafts for balancing exciters and similar parts, Installation and securing of balancing plugs during balancing. Compliance with health and safety, environmental protection, work procedures and quality procedures
