About The Position

The Operators main function is to produce quality products in a timely manner. Operators are required to have good verbal and written communication skills. Some Operators may work in high performance team environment while others work independently to obtain company goal. Operators are expected to follow one-piece flow except at designated work centers. They are also required to read and follow standard work. Periodically Operators are required to attend additional job training to ensure continuous improvement.
