About The Position

As an Assembly Operator at IDEXX, you will directly contribute to producing innovative diagnostic products that improve the lives of people and animals worldwide. You will read, evaluate, and interpret manufacturing and quality control documents, technical procedures, and relevant standards that are essential to a successful production process. A High School diploma (or equivalent), or relevant experience in a similar role.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and working with decimals and fractions.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of automated and semi‑automated manufacturing machines, including setup, operation, changeover, cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards with precision and consistency.
Work as part of an engaged team that supports one another and contributes to optimizing production processes.
Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership, openly sharing information, asking questions, and offering ideas for improvement.
