About The Position

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Labor employees to support our manufacturing and assembly operations. This role requires the ability to follow work instructions, work at a fast pace, and maintain quality and safety standards in a team-oriented production environment.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to perform physical job duties including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
Position parts according to product knowledge or work instructions
Fasten parts using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners
Operate air tools, riveting machines, and other basic production equipment
Remove small quantities of metal using hand files or scrapers to ensure proper fit
Perform assembly tasks at the required production rate
Clean and inspect bumper shells and assembled components
Assist with loading and unloading shipping racks
Maintain quality standards through strong attention to detail
Follow all safety rules, including proper collection, disposal, and management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste
Keep work areas clean and organized
Perform all other duties as assigned
