About The Position

Lead a high-performing line Join our Totowa, NJ operation and take point on day-to-day assembly line performance. You will guide people, processes, and metrics—keeping quality and safety at the forefront while hitting production goals. What you'll own Daily supervision of the line to meet throughput and schedule commitments. Training, mentoring, and supporting operators to build skills and teamwork. Process oversight to ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed. Rapid response to issues to minimize delays and equipment downtime. Accurate documentation of production data, shift reports, and KPIs. Cross-functional coordination with maintenance, materials, and quality to streamline flow. Execution of continuous improvement activities to elevate performance. What you'll bring High school diploma/equivalent; additional manufacturing or leadership coursework is advantageous. Proven manufacturing background with 2+ years in a lead/supervisory capacity. Solid grasp of production methods, quality controls, and workplace safety. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead a diverse team. Ability to interpret data and make sound decisions to improve efficiency. Proficiency with production management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Resourceful, proactive approach to diagnosing and solving problems. Where you'll work Totowa, NJ. Requirements
