Your Role: As an Assembly/Molding Operator you will assemble parts in an assigned area until final product is complete. Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts: Monday-Wednesday Days 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM CST Monday-Wednesday Nights 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM CST Thursday-Saturday Days 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM CST Thursday-Saturday Nights 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM CST

Requirements

• Moderate proficiency in English
• Standing for long periods of time
• Able to read SOP in English

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience
• High level of manual dexterity

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the SOP at each designated station.
• Quality-check each piece produces against set aesthetic standards.
• Keep designated station full of needed parts for job assigned.
• Learn job duties at multiple stations.
• Flexibility to rotate from one assigned station to another based on production needs.
• Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping.
• Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.
