About The Position

We are seeking a Material Handler to join our Assembly team. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas. Verify the accuracy of quantity and part numbers to labels. Ensure proper placement of inventory once removed from the production line. Lift boxes by hand off presses to be moved to skids. Ensure the flow of boxes in and out of and throughout the production area and shipping lanes. Lift boxes by hand off presses to be moved to skids. Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of boxes within injection molding. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without accommodation and be able to stand/walk 10 hours a day
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and shifts.
• Effective team player with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Understanding of assembly processes.
• Ability to make guided decisions based on the data available.

Nice To Haves

• Fork truck certification is preferred but not required.
