Assembly Line Technician - Mid-Shift
About The Position
Become an essential member of a vibrant team at a top automation component distributor, where meticulous craftsmanship meets cutting-edge industrial technology. In this hands-on position, you’ll expertly handle wire processing—cutting, stripping, labeling, and ferruling both single and multi-conductor wires—all tailored to precise customer requirements. Our facility is currently located in Greensboro, NC. We will be relocated to a new facility in Burlington, NC, within the next several months. The hours will be roughly Monday-Friday, 1:00pm - 10:00pm, but could change slightly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable using computers and following digital instructions
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and components
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Physically able to stand, crouch, and lift (up to 30 pounds) throughout the workday
Nice To Haves
- Vocational degree or technical certification
- Experience with industrial automation equipment
Responsibilities
- Adhere to detailed work instructions within a fast-paced production setting
- Operate advanced industrial wire processing machinery including cutting, stripping, ferruling, and labeling
- Accurately process both multi-conductor and single-conductor wires per customer specifications
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
