About The Position

The 2nd Shift Assembly Line Team Leader in West Point, GA supervises team members and reports directly to the Group Leader. This role is essential in promoting positive team dynamics and demonstrating strong leadership. The Team Leader manages the production process within their designated area to achieve company goals while adhering to the company Vision, Core Values, and Employee Guidebook. Our positions are full-time, year-around employment with paid training.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Equivalent work experience may substitute for formal education (2 years of experience equals 1 year of education).

Ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to support safe operations, teamwork, and accurate execution of job duties.

3 - 5 years of relevant experience required.
Assembly experience is mandatory.
Proficiency in MES software.

Proficiency in MS Word.

Associate's degree preferred.
