About The Position

Assembly Line Team Leader 2nd Shift 2nd Shift Full-time, Benefits, and Weekly Pay Position Summary: The 2nd Shift Assembly Line Team Leader in West Point, GA supervises team members and reports directly to the Group Leader. This role is essential in promoting positive team dynamics and demonstrating strong leadership. The Team Leader manages the production process within their designated area to achieve company goals while adhering to the company Vision, Core Values, and Employee Guidebook. Our positions are full-time, year-around employment with paid training. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
Equivalent work experience may substitute for formal education (2 years of experience equals 1 year of education).

3 - 5 years of relevant experience required.
Overtime may be necessary.
Assembly experience is mandatory.
