eko is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms. Thanks to our groundbreaking partnership with major retailers, and our ability to demonstrably increase e-commerce sales, we recently broke ground on a new facility focused on processing, capturing, and delivering data & media for millions of unique products annually. Our first-of-its-kind facility opened this summer in Northwest Arkansas and will scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025. The Assembly Lead will coordinate and oversee daily assembly tasks, ensuring products are prepared accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards. This role involves hands-on work, team leadership, quality control, and collaboration with other warehouse functions such as receiving, inventory, and shipping.

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing operations
• 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Lean manufacturing or process improvement knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the assembly team, ensuring daily tasks are completed on time
• Assign workstations, tasks, and responsibilities to assembly staff based on workflow priorities
• Train new team members on assembly procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Inspect assembled products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels for assembly materials and communicate restocking needs
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and resolve problems to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve processes and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe assembly area in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
