We are seeking experienced AI&T Engineers to oversee the end-to-end integration and test activities for complex defense systems. This role is responsible for system build, integration, and verification phases, ensuring all hardware and software components meet design intent, performance requirements, and military standards. On any given day, the selected candidate may be asked to: Conduct all integration and test activities, including hardware/software integration, functional testing, environmental testing, and acceptance testing. Oversee the development, review, and approval of test plans, test procedures, and test readiness review (TRR) packages. Manage Integration Readiness Reviews (IRRs), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and post-test data reviews. Ensure configuration control of test articles, fixtures, and software during all test phases. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for integration and test anomalies. Perform technical risk management related to integration and verification activities. Provide technical status to program management and customer stakeholders, including formal briefings at program reviews. Mentor and guide junior engineers and test technicians on AI&T processes, tools, and best practices.
