About The Position

As an Assembly Builder with nVent Management Company, you will play a vital role in constructing premier metal buildings for industrial and commercial applications. You will: Install all building components including HVAC units, windows, and doors Read and interpret prints and bills of materials to ensure detailed execution Complete all vital paperwork and ensure all parts are shipped with the building Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and man lifts safely Load and unload building materials with precision Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed Adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with ease Join us at nVent and be part of an ambitious team dedicated to delivering flawless construction solutions!

Requirements

• A proven background in construction or related field
• Experience with assembly and installation tasks
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and handling construction tools
• The ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of the job, including working in various weather conditions, lifting, pulling and moving heavy material, standing for long periods of time
