About The Position

Cabinetworks Group is the U.S.'s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. We are looking for an Assembly Builder to join our team at the Waconia facility, home to the Medallion brand. The role involves cutting materials, building cabinetry and components, maintaining production and quality standards, and following safety rules. The position requires teamwork and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure and use it effectively.
• Ability to read the move ticket and understand all of its contents.
• Must be saw certified for saw operation if required.
• Must have good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cut material on table saw or band saw to meet specifications as needed.
• Build cabinetry and components with team members using all available equipment (drill, nail gun, etc.).
• Build to move ticket specification.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Be an active member of the natural work team.
