The Exhaust Processor's primary function is to operate and oversee tube process stations and associated vacuum and electronic equipment to manufacture intensifier tube components. The Exhaust Processor uses hand tools to remove numerous stainless-steel bolts to access and remove finished product from the vacuum and electronic equipment. The Exhaust Processor will unload and reload the systems without damaging the fragile tubes or the equipment. Essential Functions: Performing various routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities Adhere to procedures and work instructions Perform the exhaust process on components to achieve quality and yield goals set by the Exhaust department Produce a quality product that meets the customer specifications and maintain sufficient inventory to satisfy our internal and external customers Interprets data from Analytical/ Diagnostics equipment to make sound decisions based on relevant facts United States Citizenship required for security clearance Successful candidate will be required to start and receive a security clearance in 6 months from hire date
