Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform incoming inspection on specific products identified by management as critical. Perform daily in-process inspection. Perform basic lab tests on random samples of incoming materials for lab testing as required by management. Perform daily finished goods inspection Perform equipment calibrations as required Complete all documentation as it relates to daily inspection process or lab test. Assist in the processing of Returned Goods for the field and issue appropriate reports. Other duties as deemed appropriate by management. Perform inspection and acceptance testing of control boxes and other electrical/electromechanical assemblies Perform inspection and testing of completed PCB assemblies using test fixtures Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished products using visual, mechanical and/ or electrical measurements Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration Assist in the performing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists Evaluate non-conformances and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action

Requirements

  • Read basic electrical and assembly drawings.
  • Mid-Level computer knowledge: 1 year

  • Quality Control: 1 year (Preferred)
