About The Position

The position involves maintaining a safe working environment, performing jobs in assembly, material handling, or wood finishing, and being available to assist in other areas as required. The individual will learn new skills, support team members, and contribute to achieving team goals. Understanding information on pick-lists and cabinet labels is essential, and the individual must be willing to be cross-trained and accept additional tasks to meet customer demands. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) is preferred.
  • One to 3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team work environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment.
  • Ability to properly assess and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times, including housekeeping and compliance to safety rules.
  • Perform jobs in assembly, material handling, or wood finishing.
  • Be available to help in other areas as required.
  • Learn new skills, support other team members, make improvements, and other actions to help the team achieve its goals.

  • Willing to be cross-trained and accept additional tasks when the need arises to meet customer demands.
