About The Position

As a Shipping Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely shipment of trackloaders. Working primarily outdoors, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and processing orders for shipment, coordinating with various departments to ensure accuracy and adherence to shipping schedules. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or related fields are a plus.
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with inventory and shipping software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks.
Manual dexterity to handle packages, tools, and warehouse equipment.
Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.

Responsibilities

Prepare trackloaders for shipment by verifying and packaging products according to company standards.
Accurately process shipping orders using the company's inventory and shipping software.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.
Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
Maintain organized and clean shipping and receiving areas.
Conduct quality checks to ensure outgoing shipments meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
Generate and attach shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation to shipments.
Track and report shipment statuses, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and updating inventory records.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
