About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Assembly and Production Associate is to assemble Power Scrub units and support overall production operations, including equipment maintenance, 3D printing, and safe material handling, while ensuring high-quality output.

Requirements

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and make minor repairs as needed.
• Manage 3D printing production from setup to completion.
• Follow proper procedures for safe handling and use of chemicals.
• Operate and maintain power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Adapt to changing tasks while maintaining productivity.
• Use NAV Enterprise++ software for daily operations.
• Complete basic training in equipment operation and food safety.
• Read, interpret, and follow documents such as standard operating procedures; write routine reports and correspondence; communicate effectively with groups of employees.
• Perform basic math operations—including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division—using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in CAD software with applied, practical experience.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and their practical applications.
