About The Position

Tube Assembly operators perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules. Essential Functions: Ability to wear required PPE to fullfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses. Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures. Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. Perform visual checks of product to assure quality. Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures. Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products. Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals. Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility. Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email) Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions. Must be able to clearly read and write in English.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.
