About The Position

The Assembly Operator reports line leadership and is primarily responsible for assisting in the flow of production. This position involves the movement of raw material through the installation area, ensuring proper parts specifications for window completion, maintaining sufficient part supply at processing stations, and moving completed parts to the shipping area. The role may also include assistance in repair work as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to identify that product meets quality and productivity standards
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to focus on details to guarantee production of high-quality products
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements
• Willing and available to work overtime to reach goals
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills
