This position requires the assembling of parts according to instructions and within a specific time frame, while using the appropriate tools and/or equipment according to safety and quality standards, as well as carrying out any other duties as directed by the Leadman or Supervisor.

  • Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
  • Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Assemble units as directed by the trainer, Lead or Supervisor with quality in mind in a specified time frame
  • Perform adjustments needed to ensure factory settings and specifications using schematics and/or engineering documentation
  • Support company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, ISO policies, and good manufacturing practices
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to climb up ladders
  • Must have assembly experience
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
  • Basic reading skills and ability to follow directions
  • Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
  • Ability to use addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Must be able to work in a team and follow deadlines
  • Must have good leadership and communication skills
  • Forklift and Overhead Crane experience preferred
  • ISO experience a plus
  • Ability to use the metric system
  • Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior
  • Pay range of $23-$24/HR
  • 4/10 Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00AM - 5:00PM
