About The Position

The Assembler position at Blue Wind Technology, LLC involves the assembly and finishing of composite parts within a manufacturing environment. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of industry experience in a similar function.
• Knowledge of quality and defect standards.
• Experience in material handling.
• Ability to interpret drawings and assembly schemes.

Responsibilities

• Execute the assembly of composite parts with autonomy and safety.
• Perform additional tasks such as operating equipment for injection of components and adhesive application.
• Prepare materials, machinery, equipment, and tools for use.
• Control production within the cell and communicate tasks to collaborators.
• Suggest and adopt measures for quality and productivity improvements.
• Perform parts release or segregate parts with irregularities.
• Orient and train new employees.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
• Ensure conservation of necessary work items such as machinery, materials, and tools.
