  • Assemble all required products and inspect materials for compliance to manufacturing specifications using work instructions, work orders, sketches, engineering drawings, and instructions.
  • Set up and operate hydraulic and hand presses.
  • Use various hand-tools and power-tools, such as pneumatic torque wrench, screwdriver, and electric drill, for assembling, wiring, cleaning, rustproofing, and handling filters and components.
  • Inspect final assembly and/or product to ensure quality meets all specifications.
  • Perform other assembly support functions including washing, testing, and assisting on different job tasks within the department.
  • Utilize the company-wide computer system to check stock, access engineering drawings, check work order status, and other job-related manufacturing transactions as required.
  • Disassemble filters returned for credit, as required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Experience with hydraulic and hand presses.
  • Proficiency in using hand-tools and power-tools.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.
