Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties including: repetitive processes, moderate to heavy lifting, the use of machinery, and following standardized work procedures
Actively participate in improving work area in terms of safety, quality, attendance, productivity, suggestion activities, housekeeping, and throughput
Install and assemble components for RVs, School Buses, and Walk-In Vans
Use computer systems to access company data associated with the assembly process, utilize drawings, bills of materials, and specification sheets in both electronic and hard copy
Operate the following tools and equipment: jigs and fixtures, pneumatic and DC tools for fasteners and assembly of units, hoists, cranes, and test equipment
Assembles and bundles Chassis according to engineering specifications
Conscious of inventory of parts and works with materials personnel and quality assurance inspectors to alleviate part shortages and the proper execution of inventory control
Corrects any defects located on the chassis and is responsible for quality workmanship

Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping, and supporting power tools
Must be able to stand on concrete for the entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds
Must maintain a clean work area
Meet quality standards and implement continuous improvement measures
Cross-train on other jobs as required
High School Diploma / GED

Previous experience in a manufacturing (automotive/trucking) environment
Previous mechanical experience
