About The Position

PRC‑Saltillo is seeking a detail‑oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble, test, and inspect electronic devices that help individuals communicate and connect. This position is ideal for someone with assembly experience who enjoys precision work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in high‑quality results.

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing electronic devices according to product drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role ensures production accuracy, consistency, and efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized manufacturing work environment. Assemblers also support inventory tracking and continuous improvement initiatives using our ERP system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Good manual dexterity with strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow written and visual instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Professional and respectful when working with all levels of the organization

Nice To Haves

• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assemble and sub‑assemble electronic devices according to drawings and work instructions, including wiring, labels, accessories, and mounts
• Perform visual inspections to detect non‑conforming conditions or defects
• Test completed assemblies as required
• Meet established cycle times and production goals
