No experience is necessary. We provide extensive on-the-job training within the team and full support along the way! Who you are and what you bring: High School Diploma or GED equivalent 18 years of age or older Written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow directions and standard work documents Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods Independently troubleshoot errors or failures Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Attention to detail Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture Physical Demands: Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE) Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts Control handheld power tools Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities Location: Lebanon & Hanover, New Hampshire Hiring Immediately.
