About The Position

You will be the Assembler for the production team. Our team is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to assemble electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, ensuring high‑quality products. What You Will Be Doing As the Assembler you will be responsible for building and testing electronic and mechanical components according to IPC and J‑STD‑001 standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assemble electronic and mechanical subassemblies following documented procedures. Perform soldering and wiring tasks in compliance with IPC and J‑STD‑001. Participate in the PMT process and document work performed. Execute routine, repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy. Make simple decisions and seek guidance from experienced team members when needed. Basic Qualifications Trained to IPC and J-Standard 001 Desired skills Have completed and certified in classroom electrical assembly and solder training. Trained to IPC and J-STD-001. Perform proficiently for a minimum of 3 months, actively participate in the PMT process, perform routine, repetitive, and basic tasks where precedent, methods and processes are well established.
