Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent along with job specific training
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  • Ability to follow written, oral & diagram instructions
  • Use measuring instruments, i.e. ruler, caliper, Optical Comparator
  • Good eye-hand coordindation
  • Ability to effectively problem solve
  • Ability to work independently or on a team
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Ability to perform quality testing requirements.
  • Ability to final package and label completed parts.
  • Ability to perform simple varnish requirements.
  • Ability to heat shrink tubing to meet process requirements.
  • Ability to perform simple lead out and stacking.
  • Ability to understand taping methods for winding & coring.
  • Ability to use a microscope.
  • Ability to simple dip or hand solder & meet workmanship criteria.
  • Ability to count wire turns on a variety of coil forms.
  • Ability to wind coils on two or more part from process description.
  • Ability to set up specific test equipment to standards with assistance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
