GENERAL SUMMARY: Assemble medical devices within a cleanroom environment.

Requirements

Manual dexterity: Skilled hands and excellent hand-eye coordination are required to ensure proper completion of device assembly tasks.
Ability to work efficiently and independently is required.
The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing is required.
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
1 year minimum experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent is required.
Ability to interact with client companies in a professional manner.
English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

Assemble medical devices in a cleanroom environment per procedures.
Print product labeling per company procedures.
Package and label medical devices.
Prepare devices for shipping, including bulk packaging, labeling and creating shipping labels (e.g. UPS, FedEx).
Complete required manufacturing documentation and ensure that it is thorough, legible and complete.
Follow proper cleanroom procedures.
Follow all Sage quality system procedures as applicable.
Move materials into inventory and withdraw materials from inventory per company procedures.
Kit materials for device production.
Perform dimensional and other inspection of device components and materials. Properly fill out inspection reports.
Interact with coworkers and client companies in a professional and courteous manner.
Prepare daily timesheets and submit completed timesheets on a weekly basis.
Any other duties as assigned.
