Assembler Job Purpose: Assemble Electronic Circuit Boards per specifications and ensuring quality is a priority in our Carrollton TX Facility. Nature of Duties: Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on circuit boards and other types of electronic assemblies, specifically a communication rack. May include intricate installation, hand soldering, wiring, harnessing and hardware assembly. The daily function may vary from sitting to standing, moving line to stationary; with very light to medium weight components. Reads and follows detailed, color-coded instructions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
0 - 1 years experience, training is provided
Must be able to visually inspect small items for accuracy
Must have manual dexterity to handle small parts
Eye-hand coordination is necessary
Must be able to read and understand diagrams, drawings and detailed instructions
Excellent punctuality, good attendance, and reliability required
Adherence to health and safety regulations
Able to work overtime and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

Proficient computer and data entry skills preferred
Has willingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideas
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Prior Sanmina experience and systems knowledge is preferred
