Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to clearly communicate with Department Supervisors and production line employees
- Proficient in computer use and accurate data entry
- General math skills
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, flowcharts, and build plans
- Skilled in using hand tools (wrenches, pliers, utility knives, etc.) and power tools (electric screwdrivers, pneumatic riveters, etc.)
- Experience assembling components with adhesives and sealants
