We are seeking an Assembler (Level 1) to join our team. As an Assembler you will be responsible for the sub-assembly and final assembly of equipment, components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of basic electrical fundamentals, the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams, and have experience with light assembly and using hand and small power tools. The role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality production and reliability in attendance.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • General assembly experience desired
  • ability to read and understand blueprints
  • ability to resolve basic assembly issues

  • Organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Follow established assembly procedures to ensure quality production.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to assemble components.
  • Use hand and small power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills, to assemble components.
  • Assemble components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions.
  • Perform final assembly of components, fixtures, and accessories.
  • Use various measuring and testing devices, such as multimeters and megohmmeter, to ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies.
  • Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to assembly, such as fitting and alignment problems.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the assembly process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Cross-train to support other product lines as needed.
