Job Position Summary: Responsible for the assembling of individual parts into a finished product or component, following blueprints and instructions.

Requirements

  • Experience in assembly or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and company operation sheets.
  • Knowledge or hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of fastener installation and torquing processes.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to do both complex assembly of parts.
  • Ability to meet productions rate.
  • Ability to work well with other employees.
  • Ability to train other Assemblers.
  • Ability to work with close tolerance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Aerospace industry EXTERNAL Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to safety regulation and standard. Follow Safety culture and wear PPE when required.
  • Assembles assigned product parts on assembly line in accordance with production guidelines.
  • Conducting inspections to verify the integrity and performance of assembled parts, identifying defects, and reporting them.
  • Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble parts, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
  • Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
  • Collaborates with other assembly line workers to meet production goals.
  • Fills out production paperwork and inspection procedures as required.
  • Perform more complex assembly tasks, potentially involving multiple parts or subassemblies.
  • Assisting with maintaining inventory, checking stock levels, and tracking materials
  • Interpreting and analyzing schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to guide the assembly process.
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
  • Ensures that all assembly tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Identifies areas for improvement in the production processes and implements strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Provides effective on the job training to new and existing employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs.
  • Follow 6s Procedures and maintains a clean organized work area.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
