As part of our team, you'll work in a collaborative and dynamic environment where your contributions make a difference. Job Summary: We are looking for an Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble, package, test, and inspect components used in our products. You will work with small hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to ensure quality and accuracy. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and enjoy hands-on work, this role is for you!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ months of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Must wear required personal protective equipment (safety glasses, foot protection, etc.).
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products by following blueprints, work instructions, and diagrams.
  • Use hand tools (wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.) and power tools (air impact guns, battery-powered screwdrivers, etc.).
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product integrity.
  • Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Operate and input data into a computer system using Excel and Oracle.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents.
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Prompt regular attendance is required.
