Position Description
Aware of the safety, quality, and production of the team.
Ability to learn skill sets including caulking, installation of unit parts/components, labeling, cleaning for audits, etc…
Ability to use power tools such as grinders, screw guns, caulking guns, etc…
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend down and reach up.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Ability to work at heights, either via ladder or fall protection.
Assist the team in decision making, problem solving, and continuous improvement process.
Perform duties as needed associated with the performance of the work cell.
Must be able to learn and perform all jobs within a team.
Demonstrate an absolute commitment to safety
Assist in identifying and resolving problems.
Perform any additional duties as required.
Complete ongoing training as required.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn all tasks required to perform the job.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to use equipment and maintain general understanding of business process.
• Ability to perform work in a varied environment (Examples: on ladders, in high places, in confined areas).
• Knowledge of and willingness to comply with all general work rules, policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and procedures.
• Good teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to identify routine problem causation and correct routine problems.
• Basic math skills.
• Commitment to performing quality work.
• Ability to learn to operate all equipment associated with the job; including, but not limited to, power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.
