The company is seeking an Assembler for a full-time, first shift position in Springfield, MN, offering an excellent benefits package and a $1000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities

Assemble various mechanical and electro-mechanical parts or components of the air compressor to produce a quality product for the customer
Repetitive assembly
Repetitive lifting of materials up to 40 lbs
Work with a sense of urgency
Work as a team
Operate air tools, hoists, hand tools, etc.
Be flexible in the department, work where needed
Willing to work overtime
