The Assembler will be responsible for following quality, safety, and production standards, and all applicable ISO 9000 Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions. Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Ability to use required hand tools and air guns
- Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to interact with people
- Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing Standards
- Effective communication skills as well as good written skills
Responsibilities
- Production duties as assigned by Team Coach and Team Leader
- Setup workstation
- Assist in change over and Lean procedures
- Visual inspection of work in process and finished product
- Check process and finished parts using checking fixtures and gauges
- Understand the safe operation of all equipment
- Follow quality, production, safety standards, and ISO and Company procedures
- Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement
