The Assembler will be responsible for following quality, safety, and production standards, and all applicable ISO 9000 Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions. Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 30lbs
  • Ability to use required hand tools and air guns
  • Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
  • Ability to interact with people
  • Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing Standards
  • Effective communication skills as well as good written skills

Responsibilities

  • Production duties as assigned by Team Coach and Team Leader
  • Setup workstation
  • Assist in change over and Lean procedures
  • Visual inspection of work in process and finished product
  • Check process and finished parts using checking fixtures and gauges
  • Understand the safe operation of all equipment
  • Follow quality, production, safety standards, and ISO and Company procedures
  • Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement
