About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for assembling wood products and components to exact specifications, ensuring high-quality construction and finish. This role requires precision, strong manual skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior assembly or woodworking experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood products, furniture, and architectural millwork according to blueprints and work orders
• Inspect components for quality, fit, and finish before assembly
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Report any issues with materials, tools, or processes to supervisors
