Position Summary As an Assembler on Tovalaâs food production team, you will be involved in our food preparation and packing operations. This includes portioning and packaging our food products. Additionally, you will prepare our packaging inventory and perform duties on our packing line to assemble our meals for shipping to customers. Location: 5041 W 2400 S Suite 500, West Valley City, UT Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday starting at 6:00
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous food or other manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Portioning veggies, grains, spices, and sauces, into small plastic bags of corresponding containers
- Inspecting food products for quality
- Making small cardboard boxes
- Packing products into boxesInsulating shipping boxes
- Labeling finished products for shipping
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working with the team to meet daily production goals
