About The Position

Core Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and electrical block diagrams. Assemble and wire electro-mechanical components and controllers accurately and efficiently. Set up and assemble control systems in a timely manner to ensure on-time shipments. Ensure all assembled parts meet dimensional specifications and certification requirements. Work from verbal and written instructions to produce high-quality products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety policies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support a team-oriented workplace. Demonstrate commitment to "Quality at the Source" and adherence to ISO/QS 9000 standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical and mechanical assembly.
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and reading electrical wiring schematics.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Solid math skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Knowledge and understanding of safe working methods and continuous improvement practices.
