About The Position

Under limited supervision, performs electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, and wiring of moderate complexity. Works from production and assembly drawings, parts list, diagrams, schematics and verbal/written instructions within a Lean Manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior assembly experience
• Experience reading assembly drawings
• Prior experience in electronic and electro-mechanical assembly and sub-assemblies

Nice To Haves

• Wiring, soldering experience is not required, however, it is preferred
• Prior industrial paint experience is helpful

Responsibilities

• Ability to follow processes while maintaining process control.
• Capable of reading drawings
• Use of hand tools, including power tools
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Complete final test of the finished product by following standard test procedure and adhering to one-piece flow
• Collect and input data into various systems, as required
• Cross-train within the production cell to learn additional assembly, kitting and packaging operations
• Maintain quality standards
• Mechanical assembly of company products
