About The Position

Essential Job Functions: Assembles units to meet our QC standards Work at a safe and productive pace while keeping pace with work demands Follow instructions when provided in written and verbal form Read and measure lengths, cuts, and quality of products down to 1/16th of an inch Work by a priority list Follow safety rules Complete all paperwork relating to the jobs being produced and assembled Ability to use hand and power tools with proficiency Prioritize work based on direction from the supervisor and team leader’s direction Work overtime when necessary/required and with short notice Work in all weather conditions as job requires working inside and outside through the course of a single shift Work in the natural element of heat and cold (production facility is not heated in winter nor cooled in summer) Other duties as assigned by management Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted Ability to work scheduled shifts Ability to bend, stoop, sit, grasp with hands, feel texture with fingers, cling, walk, twist, stand, and work on concrete for up to twelve hours per day up to six (6) days per week Must be able to work at heights of greater than 6 feet on a regular basis/as work dictates Ability to work overtime when necessary/required and with short notice Ability to work in all weather conditions as job requires working inside and outside through the course of a single shift Ability to work in the natural element of heat and cold (production facility is not heated in winter nor cooled in summer)

Requirements

Must be familiar with and proficient with the use of hand and power tools
Must be able to read job file orders and enter data efficiently into the tracking system
Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
Ability to work in the natural element of heat and cold (production facility is not heated in winter nor cooled in summer)
Ability to work a 1st shift schedule and overtime with short notice
Ability to bend, stoop, sit, grasp with hands, feel texture with fingers, cling, walk, twist, stand, and work on concrete for up to twelve hours per day up to six (6) days per week
Ability to work inside of the plant facility as well as outside of the facility as work load dictates
Must be able to work at heights of greater than 6 feet on a regular basis/as work dictates
