About The Position

Rankin is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler is responsible for building products by accurately assembling parts, following instructions, and ensuring each unit meets quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining the flow of production and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manual dexterity and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build products by assembling various components according to specified instructions.
• Read and interpret assembly documentation and work orders.
• Use hand tools and manual techniques to assemble parts efficiently and accurately.
• Refill raw material stock bins as needed to maintain workflow.
• Perform routine quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Verify that all completed assemblies conform to build specifications and standards.
• Comply with all Rankin company rules, safety protocols, and operational policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
