Packaging Services Industries, Inc., began production in 1976 and represents a family of privately owned businesses located in Maryland (MD) and Pennsylvania (PA). Since our inception, PSI has expanded to three plants, located in the Mid-Atlantic region and is staffed by over 350 employees. If a customer has a custom cardboard packaging problem that needs a solution, PSI will help find the right solution. We are looking for Assemblers to join our 1st shift Assembly team at our plant located on Elliott Parkway, Williamsport MD. Assemblers are responsible for assembling various types of corrugated products, foam products, and packing supplies to meet our customers' needs. Assemblers are responsible for operating equipment and machinery safely in our assembly department. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who want to work hard and grow with our company. We currently have full-time vacancies on our first-shift team. These are full-time positions which do not require the ability to rotate shifts. The core schedule for the first shift is Monday through Thursday 6:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday 6:00 am-10:00 am and requires the ability to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

Safety First Mentality
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
General knowledge of computers

Nice To Haves

Experience with working in a manufacturing or production-related environment is preferred.
