Proficiency in using magnification devices and microscopes for fine detail work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods, ensuring physical capability for the role.
A keen quality inspection mindset with an ability to detect defects and ensure high standards.

Responsibilities

Apply and remove masking materials on precision electronic components under magnification to ensure accuracy.
Operate various manufacturing equipment, including coating baths, ovens, benchtop dispensers, and application tools to facilitate the assembly process.
Work with small parts, utilizing magnification devices for detailed work and quality inspection.
Perform thorough quality control inspections and pack finished components to maintain product integrity.
Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection protocols to safeguard sensitive electronics.
Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to contamination prevention procedures to support overall production quality.
