Starting Wage: $27.64-31.57 an hour + $2.30 shift differential for 2nd shift Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:48pm-3:18am Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm Location: Faribault South, MN What’s in it for you: Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans Pension Plan funded by Daikin Tuition Reimbursement Referral Bonus Program Growth Opportunities Climate Controlled Facility Your Responsibilities: Builds Rooftop HVAC units by assembling various complex component parts Required to perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, performing tasks including buildup, electrical assembly, interior/exterior component fit-up, and final assembly Uses a computer for assembly drawings Performs a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station. Performs 5S procedures Takes part in the training process for all new team members Provides input regarding the performance of new team members Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements Performs other duties as assigned Your Qualifications: The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE. The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time. The ability to read and understand written English. High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
