Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of torque tools.
  • Ability to use cranes with safe rigging practices.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and measurement equipment (e.g., tape measure, impact wrenches, etc.).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to a height of 36 inches.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • Comfortable using computer terminals for production reporting.
  • Mobility to move freely within the facility.
  • Availability to work overtime as scheduled

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the safety of self and other employees at all times.
  • Assemble conveyors and subassemblies based on blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • Use hand tools, torque tools, and assembly equipment effectively and safely.
  • Label beds and verify painted materials and roller quantities according to pick lists.
  • Skid, package, and prepare completed assemblies for shipment.
  • Conduct in-process and final quality inspections using process documents or quality checklists.
  • Follow lockout/tagout procedures where needed and maintain a clean work area in line with 5S standards.
  • Assist in training new team members in best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
